When updating or making additional evaluation assignments, you may see different symbols in the checkbox next to each evaluator's name.

  • A blank checkbox indicates that the evaluator is not assigned to the selected requests.
  • A checkmark indicates that the evaluator is assigned to all the selected requests.
  • A dash indicates that a portion of the selected requests are already assigned to the evaluator and that clicking save will not change the assignments.
    • If you wish to assign the select requests that have not yet been assigned to the evaluator, click on the dash symbol and it will update to a checkmark. Then make sure to click save.

Things to note:

  • Please note that the dash symbol may differ depending on what browser you are using. Any symbol other than the checkmark denotes the "dash" functionality explained above.
  • It is highly recommended not to batch assign evaluations when using an iPhone or iPad as this function is not compatible with iOS.
