How do I edit the installments on a grant?

Once the installments on a grant have been created they must be edited individually. To change an installment on a grant:

  1. Find the grant by going to Granted.
  2. Click on the name of the Project.
  3. Scroll down to the Application Process Status box and click the View Icon next to Grant.
  4. Scroll to the installment that you want to change and click on the installment information box to view the details of the installment.
  5. Change the installment information and click Update (or click on Remove to delete the installment).

  • NOTE: If there is a payment made for this installment, you will not be able to remove it. You will first need to delete the payment.
