Once the installments on a grant have been created they must be edited individually. To change an installment on a grant:
- Find the grant by going to Granted.
- Click on the name of the Project.
- Scroll down to the Application Process Status box and click the View Icon next to Grant.
- Scroll to the installment that you want to change and click on the installment information box to view the details of the installment.
- Change the installment information and click Update (or click on Remove to delete the installment).
- NOTE: If there is a payment made for this installment, you will not be able to remove it. You will first need to delete the payment.
