Password Reset Email Not Received

If a sent email is not showing up in the User’s inbox, there are two places to look to resolve this.

Option 1: The user should check their junk or spam box for the email sent from administrator@grantinterface.com.

Option 2: If the email is not located in the junk or spam box, then they should check their security settings, as it might be blocking this email address: administrator@grantinterface.com.
