Automated Follow-Up Email Reminders

Automated email notifications can be set up in your email templates that will send an email to your grant recipients before a follow-up is due. By default, the automatic follow-up email reminder goes out 14 days prior to the follow-up due date. However, this number can be updated to any number of days prior to the due date.
