Setting up Email Notifications

There are several automatic email notifications that can be sent from the GLM system. Administrators build and set up this automatic notifications. Please Click Here to view all the Automated Email Notification Event Types.

Once your email template is built, follow these steps to attach it to a process:
  1. Click on Process Manager.
  2. Click on the Process Name.
  3. Click on the applicable Process Stage. (i.e. LOI, Application, Follow Up).
  4. Locate the appropraite event type within the stage and select your Email Template from the drop down list.
