What is Shared Documents?

Shared documents is a tool administrators can use to upload documents to GLM.
  • The documents can be shared with users who have the Board Member and/or Staff Evaluator role.
  • All administrators have access to these documents.
Common Uses:
  • Print packets for
    evaluators that don't complete an evaluation form
  • Evaluator tutorials
  • Meeting Agenda
  • Meeting Minutes
Note: Grants Managers do not have access to Shared Documents.
