In the case where you have one user that submitted applications for multiple organizations and if you want to keep everything in the appropriate organization record you will want to follow these steps.
- Create an organization if one does not already exist for those in question. You can create a new organization from the Organizations page. Add an application contact. Keep in mind that you can't have the same email address associated with more than one applicant.
- You will temporarily need to move the new contact created in the new organization into the organization where the application is currently sitting. To do this click on Users and then Search for your new applicant and click on the Edit Icon and you can temporarily
move them to the appropriate organization.
- Once you have the new user in the organization with the application then click on the project namelink. At the bottom of the screen you will see a box labeled Advanced Options. Open up that box and then click on the drop down arrow next to Reassign and reassign the application to the new user.
- Now that the application has been reassigned you can move the new applicant account back to the correct organization.
