Where do administrators find users' usernames (email address)?

Administrators can find usernames (email address) by performing the following;

  1. Go to Users in the navigation list.
  2. Click on the box next to the type of User you're looking for and click Search.
    • Refine your search by entering the user's First name, Last name, and/or Organization at the top.
  3. After searching you'll be presented with a list of users that meet your search criteria. The username (email address) will be in blue under the Login heading.
  4. Send this to the user if they have forgotten.
  • Administrators can click on the user's email address to login as the user. There is no need for a password.
Applicants name, address and email address also appear at the top of a request in the "Contact" section.
