Adding a Form to a Grant Process

When adding forms to a process you can build a new form or you can copy a form used in another process. The 5 types of forms that can be built are: Qualification, LOIs, Applications, Evaluations, and Follow-Ups. By default, the Qualification stage is turned off in your site. To have this stage added contact support@foundant.com.

To build a new form follow these steps:

  1. Click on Process Manager which is in the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on the process name that you would like to add the form to or click Add Process if you are adding a new process.
  3. Click on the Form Stage (LOI, Application, Decisions, or Follow Up)
  4. Click on the Choose Form button.
  5. Click on the Create New Form button.

When you create a new form you must build new questions or add Shared Questions to the form.

To copy and existing form follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Process Manager which is in the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on the process name that you would like to add the form to or click Add Process if you are adding a new process.
  3. Click on the Form Stage (LOI, Application, Decisions, or Follow Up)
  4. Click on the Choose Form button.
  5. Select the radio button next to the form that would like to copy and click the Copy Selected Form button.

When you copy an existing form you can add/edit questions.
