How to Print a List of Form Questions

Once a form has been created, you can create a .pdf of the form. This file can be print or saved to your computer. After saving it to your computer, you can email the file or upload it to Shard Documents to share with Staff Evaluators, Board Members and other Administrators.

Follow these steps to create a .pdf of a form.
  1. Click on Process Manager.
  2. Click on the Process Name.
  3. Click on the Process Stage. (i.e. LOI, Application, Decision, Follow Up)
  4. Click the Preview button next to the form name.
  5. Click the Question List Icon in the top right-hand corner of the page.
  6. Select the Open With radio button to open the file or Save File radio button to save the file to your computer.
